1. Provider and scope of service

The contracting party is Mustafa Özteke, Lessingstraße 6a, 68723 Oftersheim, Germany, info@futpulsebot.com. FutPulse provides a browser extension that supports search targets, pricing rules, automated purchases and listings, and trading statistics in the EA FC Web App.

2. Technical requirements and risks

A supported Chrome browser version 111 or later, a FutPulse account and access to the EA Web App are required. Actual compatibility depends on changes made by EA. EA prohibits autobuyers; FutPulse does not claim to have EA's permission. Account sanctions and loss of virtual items are possible. Profits or specific trading results are not promised. Statutory rights regarding defects are not limited by this statement.

3. Contract formation and price

The intended access costs US$9.99 for 30 days as a one-time payment. VAT treatment, total-price information, the exact time of contract formation and confirmation on a durable medium must be finalized and implemented in the ordering process before sales launch.

4. Access period

Access does not renew automatically. A new purchase adds another 30 days to any remaining active access period. Trial access is available once per eligible installation for 24 hours from first activation. Any statutory right to extraordinary termination remains unaffected.

5. Consumer rights

Statutory warranty, withdrawal and other mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. No blanket exclusion of liability is agreed. Details about withdrawal are available on the Right of Withdrawal page.
