Account and access

FutPulse processes account information such as name, email address, email-verification status, access period, orders and sessions to provide the service. Passwords are not stored in plain text. A random installation identifier is used to manage trial eligibility and is stored by the server in hashed form.

Browser extension

The extension stores the FutPulse sign-in state, account email, access expiry and installation identifier in local extension storage. In the EA Web App it processes the market and session information required to perform the searches and trading actions configured by the user. FutPulse does not ask users to enter their EA login credentials, and the reviewed implementation does not send the EA session identifier to the FutPulse server.

Search targets, settings, budgets, tracked cards, pending actions, request timestamps, activity data and trading statistics may be processed locally in the browser. Diagnostic and CSV files are exported locally only when requested by the user.

Cookies and local storage

The website uses technically necessary session cookies for signed-in user and operator sessions. The extension also uses local storage required for its operation. The reviewed code contains no advertising or analytics trackers.

Hosting, email and payments

FutPulse uses service providers for hosting and database infrastructure, transactional email and payment processing. The current setup includes Render/PostgreSQL, Resend and Stripe, with PayPal support where enabled. Payment providers process payment details directly; FutPulse does not store card details.

Retention and deletion

Session credentials expire according to their configured validity periods. This does not mean every related record is automatically deleted at the same time. Specific retention periods, statutory retention obligations, backup periods and hosting logs must be finalized for the production service.

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority. Contact us using the email address above.

Chrome Web Store limited use

Data handled by the extension is used only for the disclosed FutPulse functionality and for providing, securing and supporting that functionality. FutPulse does not intend to sell user data, use it for personalized advertising, or use it for creditworthiness or lending decisions.
