The offered 30-day access ends without automatic renewal. Whether its design as a time-limited ongoing service triggers the requirements of Section 312k of the German Civil Code (BGB) must be clarified before sales launch.
This draft is not yet a legally compliant electronic cancellation process. In particular, it does not provide the confirmation page, submission flow, storable declaration and immediate electronic confirmation that may be required. Public sales therefore remain disabled.
