Withdrawal information – working draft

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. For the intended contract, a period of 14 days from conclusion of the contract is contemplated. The classification as a digital service or digital content and the complete statutory model instructions must be reviewed and adopted before sales launch.

A withdrawal can be made by an unequivocal statement to Mustafa Özteke, Lessingstraße 6a, 68723 Oftersheim, Germany, or by email to info@futpulsebot.com. Sending the statement before the withdrawal period expires is sufficient.

Effects and early performance

In the event of an effective withdrawal, payments generally must be refunded in accordance with statutory requirements within 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal statement, normally using the original payment method. The requirements for possible compensation for value or expiry of the right of withdrawal are not satisfied by this draft. The current checkout does not obtain a separate effective request for early performance or a waiver.
